Colony Flow! Level 58 Walkthrough

hard 6 colors

Colony Flow Level 58 is a Doraemon-face portrait board where the cyan head, white muzzle, black eyes, yellow whiskers, and red nose all share one ant hole, and the tiny yellow 7 whisker opener has to fire before the cyan 20 head wave even though cyan 20 sits in cell 1.

How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 58 — Full Solution

  1. Tap the yellow 7 stack in the third cell of the 5-cell active row. Yellow ants walk the dirt path up to the thin yellow whisker lines on both cheeks of the Doraemon face, and the whisker cells start clearing in the first beat. Wait for the first yellow ant to clear the dirt path before tapping the next stack. Do not tap the cyan 20, black 27, white 28, red 18, or any source row stack yet.
  2. Tap the cyan 20 stack in the first cell of the active row. Cyan ants walk the dirt path and start clearing the wide cyan head and ear outline. Yellow and cyan share the path, so leave one beat between the yellow wave and the cyan wave. Do not tap the black 27, white 28, red 18, or any source row stack yet.
  3. Tap the white 28 stack in the fourth cell of the active row. White ants walk the dirt path and start clearing the large white muzzle cells. Cyan and white share the path, so leave one beat between the cyan wave and the white wave. Do not tap the black 27, red 18, or any source row stack yet.
  4. Tap the black 27 stack in the second cell of the active row. Black ants clear the black eye pupils and the black outline wrapping the face. White and black share the path, so leave one beat between the white wave and the black wave so the muzzle is at least half-cleared before the pupils start clearing. Do not tap the red 18 or any source row stack yet.
  5. Tap the red 18 stack in the fifth cell of the active row. Red ants clear the solid red nose circle. Black and red share the path, so leave one beat between the black wave and the red wave. Do not tap any source row stack yet.
  6. Tap the yellow 35 stack in the first cell of source row 1 as it rises into the active row, then the black 25 in the second cell, then the white 35 in the third cell, then the cyan 35 in the fourth cell. Yellow ants clear the last whisker cells, black ants clear the last outline cells, white ants clear the last muzzle cells, and cyan ants clear the last head cells. Leave one beat between each wave.
  7. Tap the gray 25 stack in the first cell of source row 2 as it rises into the active row, then the cyan 35 in the second cell, then the white 35 in the third cell, then the cyan 26 in the fourth cell. Gray ants clear the gray shadow cells at the base, and cyan and white ants clear the last bolt accents and muzzle highlights.
  8. Finish with any late small cyan, white, black, yellow, and red cleanup refills as they rise into whichever active-row cell opens first. The board clears once the last matching cube is routed off and the level banner appears.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Firing the cyan 20 stack in the first cell of the active row before the yellow 7 wave has at least started clearing the yellow whisker lines, which sends cyan ants across the whisker cells that yellow still has to clear and stalls them on the remaining head outline cells behind active yellow ants.
  • Tapping the black 27 stack in the second cell of the active row before the white 28 wave has at least started clearing the white muzzle, which strands black ants on the remaining pupil cells while white ants queue behind them on the same dirt path.
  • Letting the yellow 35 stack in source row 1 column 1 rise into the active row while cyan ants are still walking the dirt path up to the cyan head, which strands the large yellow 35 wave behind active cyan ants and blocks the late yellow whisker cleanup refills.

Quick Tips for Colony Flow! Level 58 (spoiler-free)

  • Tap the yellow 7 in cell 3 before the cyan 20 in cell 1. The whisker lines are the smallest region on the face and they sit in cells that cyan ants cross on their way to the head outline, so sending cyan first blocks the yellow whisker route.
  • Drain the white 28 in cell 4 before the black 27 in cell 2. The white muzzle sits between the whiskers and the black pupils, and firing black before white strands black ants on remaining pupil cells behind active white ants.
  • Walk source row 1 in left-to-right order after all five active-row stacks have drained. Hold the gray 25 in source row 2 column 1 until the cyan 35 head refills have at least started clearing the ear outline.
Board notes 5 details
Layout
The board opens in portrait view. The top half holds a pixel-art Doraemon face: a wide cyan head and ear outline, a large white muzzle, two black oval eyes, thin yellow whisker lines on both cheeks, a solid red nose circle, and small cyan bolt accents on both sides of the head. Green text TOP GAMMER sits along the left edge of the art. Below the dirt strip the working area is a 5-cell top active row plus a 2-row, 4-column source grid. The 5-cell active row opens as cyan 20, black 27, yellow 7, white 28, red 18. Source row 1 reads yellow 35, black 25, white 35, cyan 35. Source row 2 reads gray 25, cyan 35, white 35, cyan 26.
Goal
Cyan cubes from the cyan 20 active stack, the cyan 35 stacks in source rows 1 and 2, the cyan 26 in source row 2, and the late cyan refill waves must clear the wide cyan head and ear outline plus the two small cyan bolt accents. White cubes from the white 28 active stack, the white 35 stacks in source rows 1 and 2, and the late white refill waves must clear the large white muzzle cells. Black cubes from the black 27 active stack, the black 25 in source row 1, and the late black refill waves must clear the black eye pupils and the black outline wrapping the face. Yellow cubes from the yellow 7 active stack, the yellow 35 in source row 1, and the late yellow refill waves must clear the thin yellow whisker lines on both cheeks. Red cubes from the red 18 active stack and the late red refill waves must clear the solid red nose circle. Gray cubes from the gray 25 in source row 2 must clear the small gray shadow cells at the base of the portrait.
Opening
The run opens with the yellow 7 stack in the third cell of the 5-cell active row even though cyan 20 sits in cell 1. Yellow 7 is the smallest numbered stack on the board and the yellow whisker lines are the smallest color region on the Doraemon face. The second confirmed tap is the cyan 20 stack in the first cell to start the cyan head outline. The third tap is the white 28 stack in the fourth cell to start the white muzzle. The fourth tap is the black 27 stack in the second cell to clear the black eye pupils. The fifth tap is the red 18 stack in the fifth cell to clear the red nose. Every source row stack is held for one beat.
Danger Zone
Most failed runs start at the black 27 stack in the second cell of the 5-cell active row. If the player fires the black 27 before the yellow 7 and cyan 20 waves have at least started clearing the whiskers and the head outline, black ants cross the white muzzle that white still has to clear and stall on the remaining pupil cells. Tapping the yellow 35 stack in source row 1 column 1 while cyan ants are still walking up to the cyan head is also bad, because the large yellow 35 wave strands behind active cyan ants and blocks the late yellow whisker cleanup refills.
Mechanics
Level 58 is a multi-stack color-routing board combined with a pixel-art clear goal and a single ant hole, with a Doraemon-face portrait scene. The 5-cell active row is fully occupied at the start with no empty white buffer pad, so the only way to free a slot for a rising refill is to drain an active row cell. The Doraemon pixel art has six main color families (cyan head, white muzzle, black eyes and outline, yellow whiskers, red nose, gray base shadow) plus late refill waves.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why do I tap yellow 7 before cyan 20 in Colony Flow Level 58?

The yellow 7 stack in the third cell of the active row is the smallest numbered stack on the board, and the yellow whisker lines are the smallest color region on the Doraemon face. If you tap the cyan 20 in cell 1 first, cyan ants cross the whisker cells that yellow still has to clear and stall on the remaining head outline while yellow ants queue behind them on the same dirt path.

  • When should I send the black 27 stack in Colony Flow Level 58?

Hold the black 27 in the second cell of the active row until the yellow 7 and cyan 20 waves have at least started the whiskers and the head outline, and the white 28 wave has at least started the muzzle. The black eye pupils are thin regions that only clear cleanly once the white muzzle is at least half-cleared, so firing black too early strands pupils on empty cells and blocks the red 18 nose wave plus every later source refill.
